LASAGNA DAY :]]
pre-birthday celebration ni Raya. :) sister ko. oh well as ever, si mama todo sabi skin na
i need to learn how to cook & other stuffs pa. edi woke up round 10-ish.
luto luto na :PP

so here it is. tlagang pinicturan ko pa. including the ingredients. :)
1st, yung pasta pinakuluan ko na. till mag.lambot.
while pinakukuluan, niluto ko na yung Red Sauce.
pinakuluan muna yung ground beef. inantay ko magmantika. :PP
tapos lagay bawang, sibuyas & bell pepper.
after gisahin, lagay ko ung spag. sauce na italian style.
ayoko kasi ng sweet eh. well that depends sa trip nyo. :PP
lagay ako ng mushroom, then tomato paste. and isang tomato sauce ulit.
para steady yung asim. :PP italian talagaa. hahaha!
so moving on. eto na. nilagyan ko ng seasoning.
ang broth cube lng na pampalasa. kung anu man available jan senyo. :PP
pepper din tska pinch of salt. :) yun na.
for the White Sauce naman. madali lng as in.
cream of mushroom na soup, water, evaporated milk & cheese.
that all you need. well dagdag mo na yung pepper pala. hahaha.
lagay mo lng lahat yun tas pakuluan ng saglit. make sure na continues
yung paghalo para di nasunog kasi milk & cheese yun eee. :]]
after that you're all set. ♥
eto na yung bullshit at hard part. :\
so ok na yung lahat. ya'll need to layer the pasta w/ the sauce.
1st, lagay ka ng base na pasta. enough to cover the whole bowl or
whatever it is na lalagyan mo. after that, put Red Sauce.
even ung distribution dapat para firm yung layer. :)
lagyan mo na ng white sauce on top.
tapos repeat mo lng yung steps till desired number of layers.
pag na.set mo na.
i.bake mo na. mga 15 mins. :)
serve mo ulit with White Sauce on top. :)
